We are Spire Selection, and you can find us at 964 /23A. It’s a simple address for a simple operation. We focus on placement consultancy, which basically means we spend our time helping people find work and helping companies find staff. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular door in a regular building. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We don’t have a big marketing team or a bunch of people in suits. It’s just a small group of us who know how the job market works around here. We spend a lot of time reading through applications and talking to folks who are looking for a change. It’s a lot of listening, really. We try to understand what people are actually looking for instead of just ticking boxes. Sometimes the days are long, especially when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some biscuits. The neighborhood is okay, nothing special, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves here. There’s no pressure to act like a big corporate firm. We just do the work, keep our records straight, and try to make sure everyone who walks through our door gets a fair shot. It’s been our way of doing things for a while now, and it works for us.
