S.P.Contracts Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Gurgaon. We are on the second floor of House No Q 346 in South City I. It’s a decent area, though the traffic around here can be a real headache sometimes. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between sites and this office. It’s not a very big space, but it serves us well for all the planning and contract work we handle. Most of us have been working together for a long time. We don't really bother with the high-rise corporate culture that Gurgaon is famous for. We’d rather just stay here in South City and do our work quietly. Our desks are usually piled high with folders and notes. We try to stay organized, but sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple contracts running at once. That's just the nature of the business, I guess. We aren't looking to be the biggest name out there. We just want to do a solid job and keep our clients happy enough to call us back next time. If you’re coming over, just look for the second floor. It’s a pretty standard house converted for work. We keep the lights on late quite often. There’s always another list of things to check off. We are just a group of people trying to make a living in the city. No frills, no nonsense.
