Spark Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd

Our office is at House Number 904A in Sector-22 B, Gurgaon. It’s a house that we’ve converted into a working space for our consultancy. Being in a residential sector makes it feel much more relaxed than being in one of those huge corporate parks with all the glass and security gates. We have a small yard out front where a couple of scooters are usually parked. Inside, it’s mostly desks and some shelves filled with books and old files. We spend our days talking to people who need advice on their businesses or their careers. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, though you get the usual sounds of the street like the vegetable sellers or the occasional car horn. We take our breaks in the kitchen and usually chat about what’s for dinner or how the local cricket team is doing. We don't have a big staff, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in our lives. It’s a nice way to work without the pressure of a big office. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who come through our door. The office is a bit old-fashioned, and the furniture has seen better days, but it’s comfortable and it’s where we feel at home. It gets the job done and keeps us busy.
