Spa9 Korean Concept Total Beauty & Body Spa

We are located inside the Ninex City Mart Mall on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. The mall is quite large, but we are easy to find since we are near the Fortune Hotel. Our spa follows a Korean concept for beauty and body treatments. We have been here since the mall was relatively new. It is a bit of a different vibe compared to the busy shops outside. We have several rooms set up for massages and skin treatments. The lighting is kept low so people can actually relax. We spend a lot of time cleaning the rooms and making sure the supplies are ready. It is a lot of physical work for the staff. We don't have a corporate office or a big management team. It is just us running the place day to day. We get a lot of office workers from the Sohna Road area who come in after a long shift. The weekends are the busiest time for us. We have a small desk at the entrance where we keep track of the appointments. It can get a bit loud when the mall is crowded, but we try to keep the spa quiet. We don't use any complicated jargon to explain what we do. It is just a place to get a good massage or a facial. We’ve been part of the Gurgaon business scene for a while now.
