Our office is over at Q-346 in South City-I. Gurgaon is a fast-moving place, and we’ve been right in the middle of it for a while now. We handle various contracts, mostly dealing with the nuts and bolts of building and maintenance. It isn't always smooth sailing. We deal with a lot of different people, from suppliers who forget orders to workers who are just trying to get through the day. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; it’s usually just one of us answering the phone while trying to do three other things at once. It can be stressful when deadlines are looming, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of this city. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in Haryana. We just want to get the work finished so we can go home. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork because the day was spent out on a site somewhere in the heat. It’s a lot of coordination and a fair bit of arguing over costs and timelines. That’s just how it is in this line of work. We keep it straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It's just hard work and long days for the most part, but we get by and keep the projects moving forward even when things get a bit hectic.
