We are based over in Sector 30, right here in Gurgaon. If you know the area, it gets pretty busy around here during the day. Our office is tucked away at number 65. We handle a lot of different contracts, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. It’s a lot of managing crews and making sure materials actually show up when people say they will, which doesn't always happen on time. We’ve had our fair share of long days where nothing seems to go right, but we just keep pushing through it. The team is a mix of people who have been doing this for years and some newer faces. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes with all the files stacked up everywhere. We mostly just focus on getting the job done. It isn't a glamorous life, being in the contracting business. There is usually dirt on someone’s boots and a lot of loud talking on cell phones. Gurgaon is always changing, so there is no shortage of work to look at. We just try to keep our heads down and finish what we started. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it gets really hot out there, but we manage. It's just us, working away in the sector, trying to keep things moving along even when the paperwork starts piling up on our desks. We aren't some big fancy firm, just a group of people doing the work as it comes.
