Kalp Kreation

You can find us at D-74 in South City. It’s a place called Kalp Kreation and we’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Being in South City is good because it’s a familiar neighborhood and easy to get to. We do a lot of creating here, hence the name, but it’s not all glamorous. There’s a lot of sitting around and figuring out how things should look. Our space is filled with materials and bits of things we are working on. It’s usually a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a front desk person to greet you. It’s usually just one of us opening the door if someone knocks. We spend a lot of time just focusing on the work at hand. Some days are really quiet and we just focus on small details, and other days it feels like we don’t have enough hours to finish. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making things that we hope people like. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We like the independence of having our own place and doing things our own way without anyone telling us how to run the shop. The light in the afternoon is actually quite nice through the windows, making it a decent place to spend our working hours.
