Soltec Sayakin Services Llp is located at 1001, Tower 10 Fresco, which is part of Nirvana Country in Sector 50. Being on the tenth floor gives us a pretty good view of the rest of the complex and the surrounding Gurgaon landscape. It’s a residential-style office, so it doesn't feel cold or clinical. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. There’s always a bit of a breeze if we open the balcony door, though the dust usually makes us close it pretty quickly. We spend our days working through various service tasks. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. The elevators in Tower 10 are usually busy around lunch hour, so we try to time our breaks to avoid the rush. There’s a nice community feel in Fresco, and we often see the same faces every day in the lobby or the parking area. It’s a comfortable place to be. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we do it. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork, and we watch the lights of the city come on across Sector 50. It’s just a regular job in a regular part of town. We like the simplicity of it all and being based here works out well.
