Lanzatech Pvt. Ltd. is on the 5th floor of Tower-A in the Spaze-I Tech Park. The address is 515-517, Sector 49. It’s a big glass building that looks like every other tech park in this part of Gurgaon. Inside, the office feels a bit smaller than the building suggests from the outside. We have a few rows of desks and some glass partitions that always seem to have fingerprints on them. The view from the fifth floor is mostly of other office buildings and the busy road below. The elevators are always crowded during the morning rush, so some of us take the stairs if we are running late. The air conditioning is always on a bit too high, so we usually have sweaters at our desks even in the middle of summer. We spend a lot of time on computers and in small meeting rooms that have whiteboards covered in scribbles. It’s a very modern setting, but we try to keep it friendly and relaxed. We have a small coffee machine that breaks down at least once a week, which is a bit of a joke among us. The tech park has a food court, but it's usually too noisy, so we eat at our desks. Dealing with the traffic in Sector 49 is probably the hardest part of the workday. It’s a professional environment but we aren't formal. Most of us wear jeans and focus on getting the work done.
