This is the office for Sobha Developres Limited located up in Gurgaon, Haryana. You can find us at House Number 377 in Sector-5. Our contact person here is Alok Kumar. It’s a bit of a shift being in Haryana instead of the Bangalore headquarters, but the work is pretty much the same. We deal with all the local construction and development stuff from this house-turned-office. Sector-5 is a well-known area in Gurgaon, and it’s a good spot for us to manage the projects we have going on in this part of the country. The office inside H.No-377 is where we keep all the records and hold our team meetings. It’s a lived-in space, not some cold glass office. We have our files, our computers, and usually some blueprints rolled up on the tables. Alok keeps things organized and makes sure the communication between the sites and the main office stays clear. It’s a busy environment because Gurgaon is always expanding and there is always something new happening. We are just a bunch of people trying to make sure the buildings get built properly and on time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up at Sector-5, go through the checklists, and talk to the contractors. It is a very hands-on way of working. Most days are long, but that’s the nature of the business when you’re dealing with property and development in a place like this.
