Snaaan The Bath Co. is tucked into a spot in Govindpuri, which is part of the Kalkaji area in New Delhi. We’re located at 1207/10, sharing space with Shyam Singh. Govindpuri is a very crowded place, full of energy and people constantly moving. Our office is a bit small, but it’s packed with samples of taps, tiles, and everything else you’d need for a bathroom. It’s a messy place sometimes because we have so many things coming in from different suppliers. The shop is mostly just stock piled high in the corners. We keep the kettle on for the staff, and it gets really busy after 10 am. We spend a lot of time talking to local plumbers and contractors who need things in a hurry. Being in New Delhi-19 means we’re right in the middle of a very active market. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long, from the rickshaws to the street food sellers. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights. People usually find us because someone else told them we had what they needed. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’re often moving boxes around or checking the inventory in the back. Some days are just constant noise and phone calls. It’s just how we operate. We don't see the point in pretending to be some huge corporation. We’re just a local bath company trying to keep up with the daily demands of our customers in the neighborhood.
