We are based in Gurgaon, Haryana. Manoj Kumar Arora is the person who keeps things together here for the Sms India and Sms Siemag Group. It’s a busy city to work in, with new buildings going up all the time. Every day there is something new happening around the office. Our setup here is focused on getting the work done without a lot of fuss or drama. It’s a professional environment but it still feels local because many of us have been here for years. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s mostly just desks, stacks of files, and people working hard on their tasks. Being in Gurgaon means there’s always traffic and noise outside the window, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We handle a lot of different tasks related to the group. It’s not always easy work, but it’s what we do. We don't really use big words or fancy titles much. Everyone just pitches in where they can to get things finished. Manoj is usually around if something needs a quick decision. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or expensive art. We just want to make sure the job is finished correctly before we leave. It’s a straightforward way to run things. The team is small enough that we all know each other’s names and families. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our windows. We stay busy and keep our heads down.
