Our office for Sms India Pvt. Ltd. is located in Gurgaon at the Hewo Apartments in Sector 31. We are in Flat Number 43. It is a residential complex, so it does not feel like those big glass buildings you see in other parts of Gurgaon. We like being in a place that feels a bit more grounded. The apartment is where we do all our planning and paperwork. It is not very large, so we have to stay organized or things get messy fast. Being in Sector 31 is good because it is a well-known area and easy to reach from the highway. We have been working from this flat for a good bit of time now. We do not have a big staff, just a few people who show up every day to get things moving. We usually have the radio on or just the sound of people typing. It is a very straightforward environment without any of the corporate talk you might expect. We do not spend much time on meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be done. The apartment has a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks. It is a very human way to work. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to do them right. It is just us, working out of a flat, trying to keep everything running as it should every single day.
