At 387, Udyog Vihar, Phase-Ii, things stay pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. The traffic around here can be a real headache in the mornings, so most of us try to get in early. Our building is just one of many in this part of the industrial estate. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and the sound of people talking on phones. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really cares about that as long as the internet stays up. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon slump. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other’s habits by now. It isn't a flashy place. We don't have a big lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes to the door, whoever is closest just gets up to see who it is. We deal with a lot of logistics and coordination stuff. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the news, but other days it feels like we can't catch a break. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical setup for the kind of business we run here in the middle of the city.
