Smcc Construction India Ltd. is located at H. No. 37/2 in Hans Enclave, which is part of the Naharpur Rupa area in Gurgaon. We have been here for some time now, working on various construction tasks across the region. It’s a local operation, and we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the projects at hand. Our office is basically a house where we handle all the administrative stuff and meet with site supervisors. Gurgaon is always growing, so there is never a shortage of work to look at. We see a lot of dust and noise on the job sites, so coming back to the office in Hans Enclave is a bit of a relief. We deal with all sorts of building requirements, and it’s mostly about solving problems as they pop up. Sometimes a truck doesn't show or the labor is short, and we have to figure it out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The Haryana sun can be tough in the summer months, but the work has to go on regardless. We keep our records here and try to stay on top of the local building codes. It’s just a regular team of people who understand how to put a structure together. We don’t put on airs or try to act bigger than we are. We just do the construction work and move on to the next task.
