We are over at Flat 201 in The Castle, which sits on Plot GH 36A in Sector 56. Gurgaon is a big place, but this corner of it is where we do all our hiring work. It’s actually an apartment building, so it feels a lot more like a home than a stiff office. You’ll find us there most weekdays, usually surrounded by stacks of resumes and phones that don't seem to stop ringing. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find Sector 56, it isn't too hard to spot The Castle. We have people coming in for interviews all the time, so the hallway usually has someone waiting on the chairs we put out. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of candidates, but we manage. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees, which is nice when you need a break from staring at the screen. We don't have a big HR department with fancy titles; it's just a few of us trying to match people with the right jobs. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We’ve been in this flat for a while and it works for what we do. It’s a straightforward operation without any of the extra fluff you see in big recruitment firms. Just a small team working out of a flat and doing our thing.
