Skf India Limited

We are located on the 17th floor of Building-5B in Fiber City, which is part of the DLF Phase-III development. It is a big, modern glass building, which is quite a change from the small workshops we used to visit. Even though we are up so high at Skf India Limited, the work we do is very much grounded in the industrial world. Most of our day is spent talking to customers about bearings and technical details. We have a lot of computers in the office, and the air conditioning is always running, which makes it a comfortable place to work. However, it can feel a bit sterile compared to a real factory floor. We have a small kitchen area where we all gather for lunch and talk about things other than work. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare because the traffic in Phase-III is always heavy, but once we are up here, it is fairly peaceful. We don't have a lot of meetings for the sake of having meetings. We mostly just get our reports done and handle the logistics of moving products across the country. We are a mix of different people from all over, but we have formed a good little group here. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a big order, but usually, we try to get home at a decent hour. It is just a regular office job in a very tall building.
