Our building is a simple structure that fits right in with the rest of the offices and warehouses around here. We chose this spot because it is practical for what we do and gives us enough space to operate without much trouble. The street outside can get pretty dusty and loud with all the traffic, but once you step inside, it is just a quiet place where we focus on our work. We aren't big on fancy office furniture or expensive art on the walls. It is more about having a functional space where we can sit down and get things finished. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we are more like a small group of friends than just coworkers. We eat lunch together and talk about regular stuff while we work. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits running around. We just wear our regular clothes and do our bit. Being in Phase IV means we are part of a huge network of businesses, which is nice even if we mostly just keep to ourselves in our own corner at number 35. It is a straightforward way to run things.
