We are located at Y-146 in Regency Park-2, which is part of Phase-4 in DLF City, Gurgaon. Singhania Enterprises has been here for a good while now. Gurgaon is a fast-moving place, always changing and growing. Being in DLF City means we are right in the heart of a lot of development. Our office isn't a high-rise suite; it’s a practical space where we manage our daily operations. We deal with various aspects of business and construction. It gets busy, and the phone rings more than we’d sometimes like. The atmosphere in Regency Park-2 is generally pleasant, though the traffic in Gurgaon can be a nightmare during rush hour. We try to schedule our site visits around the worst of it. We aren't a big corporate machine. It’s just a few of us making sure things run smoothly. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. We focus on the details of every project we take on. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork or to prepare for the next day’s deliveries. It’s a lot of coordination and checking things twice. The pin code 122001 is our little corner of the world. We know the local suppliers and the people around Phase-4. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without much fuss.
