Our office for Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. is over at 74/20 Om Nagar, which is right near the SD School on Khandsa Road in Gurgaon. This area of Haryana is always growing, and we are right in the middle of it. If you’ve ever been to Khandsa Road, you know it’s a place where things are happening all the time. Our office is a practical space where we handle the nuts and bolts of our infrastructure projects. It’s not a high-rise glass building; it’s more of a local spot where the staff actually knows each other's names. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, like soil reports and structural designs, but we talk about it in a way that makes sense to anyone. The school nearby means there’s a lot of activity around here in the mornings and afternoons. Inside, we’ve got desks piled with blueprints and calculators that have seen better days. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We are here to make sure the bridges and buildings we work on are solid. The work can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we just grab a cup of tea and get back to it. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where the main goal is just to finish the day’s tasks properly. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we don't get rattled easily when something goes wrong. We just find a way to fix it and keep going.
