We are located at Flat No. 400 in Veer Awas, which is in Sector 18A of Dwarka, New Delhi. Our company name is Silverglades Developers Pvt. Ltd. Being in a residential flat makes our office feel a lot less stiff than those big buildings in the center of the city. Dwarka is a bit more spread out, and Sector 18A is a decent place to be based. We do development work, so our desks are usually covered in site plans and legal documents. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have some basic chairs and a lot of filing cabinets. Most of the time, we are just trying to get through the daily tasks of managing projects. We don't have a receptionist or a glossy lobby. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our work and say hello. It’s a very practical environment. We spend a lot of time discussing timelines and talking to various people on the phone. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most days, which helps us focus. We’ve been in Veer Awas for some time now and we like the community here. It’s just a group of people working hard to develop things properly. We don't make big promises or use marketing talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s the reality of our office here in Flat 400.
