Our office is tucked away in House Number 273 over in Sector 4, which is part of the Urban Estate area here in Gurgaon. It’s a decent spot to work from, even if finding the right turn in these lanes can be a bit tricky for people visiting for the first time. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of our hours looking at screens, trying to figure out the best way to handle the media projects that come our way. Silver Feather Media Solutions isn’t some big corporate hub with glass walls; it feels more like a home office because, well, it is one. We usually have the radio playing in the background or someone is making a round of coffee in the small kitchen area. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on a difficult edit or a new layout. Haryana weather can be tough in the summer, but we keep the AC running and just keep at it. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen how much the media world has changed, but our way of working is still quite grounded. We just take one project at a time and try to stay honest with the people we work for. There isn’t a lot of fluff here, just the basics and a lot of late nights when the deadlines get close. That is how we run things every day.
