Signature Talent Pvt Ltd

Our office is tucked away at 1044, Sec-7(Extn) in Gurgaon, over at Sh Satish Kallani’s place. It is a quiet enough area, which is nice when you are trying to talk to people about jobs. Signature Talent Pvt Ltd is basically just a few of us trying to help people find where they fit in the working world. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes that come through. It’s a lot of reading and listening. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with notes scribbled on paper and empty tea cups, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole polished corporate routine. It feels more like a local spot where you can just sit down and talk. Gurgaon is a big place with so many companies, and being here in Section 7 gives us a bit of a break from the main traffic hubs. We deal with all sorts of people looking for work, and it can be interesting to hear their stories. Some days are slow, and some days we can’t seem to catch a breath. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward. It’s a small operation, but we put in the hours. We like being in this part of town; it feels a bit more like a real neighborhood than some of the newer office blocks. It’s been our home base for a while now.
