We are out here in Sector-5, specifically at Plot No. 149-151 in IMT-Manesar. It’s a large area, and it can be easy to get lost if you don’t know the plot numbers. Sigma Moulds & Stampings is a busy spot. There is always the thumping sound of the stamping machines in the background. It becomes like white noise after you’ve been here an hour. We have a fair amount of space, but it’s mostly filled with heavy steel and tools. The office part of the building is just a few desks shoved into a corner where the noise isn’t as loud. We don’t really do fancy brochures or have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of the supervisors handles the paperwork between checking on the production line. It’s a lot of standing and moving around. Manesar is quite far from the city, so most of us commute together or take the bus. The winters here get really cold, and the summers are the opposite, but we just get on with it. We handle a lot of different moulds, and every day there is something different to look at. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know the quirks of the machines. It’s a solid group of people working here. We don't have much time for small talk when the machines are running, but we catch up during the shift changes. It's a long day, but we prefer keeping busy.
