Sigma Moulds & Stampings P.Ltd

Our factory is located over at Plot 149-151 in Sector-5, IMT Manesar. This area is full of industrial plants, so we’re in good company. We deal with moulds and stampings, which means there’s a lot of heavy machinery involved. The building is quite large to fit all the presses and the tooling equipment. Most of our days are spent working on metal dies or running the stamping lines. It’s a lot of noise and movement when the machines are at full capacity. Manesar is quite a drive from the city, but it’s where all the real manufacturing happens these days. We’ve got a dedicated team that handles the precision side of making moulds. If the mould isn't right, the whole batch is ruined, so we pay a lot of attention to that. We don't have a lot of visitors, mostly just delivery trucks and the occasional client checking on a project. The floors are concrete and there’s always some grease or metal shavings somewhere, which is just part of the environment. We’ve been at this location for several years and have seen the sector grow. It’s a busy life here, and we usually have a backlog of work to get through. We don’t do much in the way of fancy talk; we just focus on the metal and the machines. It’s what we know how to do, day in and day out. We just keep our heads down and work. That's the routine.
