Our place is located at Plot 16 in Sector 3, right in the heart of IMT Manesar. If you’ve ever driven through this industrial area, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and workers. We handle materials for the automotive industry here at Sigma. It’s mostly about rubber and metal parts, things that go deep inside a car where nobody really sees them. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular industrial setup with high ceilings and rows of machines. We spend most of our day checking specs and making sure the presses are running right. It gets pretty humid in the monsoon season, which makes the floor a bit sticky, but we stay on top of the cleaning. The tea stall right outside the gate is where most of us gather during the afternoon break. It’s good to step away from the noise for a bit. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows each other’s business. If a machine breaks down, we usually fix it ourselves unless it’s something really complicated. People come and go in Manesar, but we’ve been at this plot for a while now. It’s just steady work, day in and day out, making sure the components are ready for the assembly lines down the road. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep the lights on and the machines turning over from Monday through Saturday.
