Sigma Automotive Components

We are based out in Manesar, and our building is mostly taken up by the production floor where we make different car parts. It’s an industrial setting, so you’ll see people in work clothes and there’s always the smell of oil and metal in the air. We have several rows of machines that cut and shape the components, and it can get pretty noisy when they are all running at the same time. The workspace is organized around the different stages of making the parts, from the raw metal to the finished pieces that get packed into crates. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the machines and the inspection area. There’s a small break room where we eat, but most of the action happens out on the floor. Manesar 16 is a busy area with lots of trucks coming and going, so there’s always some activity outside our gates. The office part is just a few desks where we keep track of the production schedules and the orders we need to finish. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the deadlines are tight, but we just keep the machines going and try to stay on top of the pile. We don't have any flashy signs or anything, just a functional factory where we do our daily manufacturing tasks and handle the logistics of automotive parts.
