Shri Shyam Hi Tech Security Systems is located on the Old Delhi Gurgoan Road, right near Sarsvati Hospital. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with the hospital nearby and the Bizzotel Hotel just across from us in Sector 12. We deal with security systems, which mostly means cameras, wires, and monitors. Our space is usually cluttered with boxes of equipment and different sets of tools we need for installations. It’s not a polished tech store where everything is behind glass. It’s more of a functional hub where we test things out before taking them to a customer's house or office. We spend a lot of time out on the road, driving to different parts of Gurgaon to set things up. The traffic on this road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we’ve learned to plan our days around the rush hours. We don't have a big marketing team; we just answer the phone and go where we are needed. People around here know us because we’ve been near the hospital for quite a while. We aren't trying to sell anyone the most expensive thing they don't need; we just look at the building and say where the cameras should go. It’s a practical business. Some days we are up on ladders all afternoon, and other days we are just sitting in the shop fixing a broken DVR. It’s what we know how to do.
