We’ve been here in the Daulatabad Road industrial area for quite some time now. Dealing with plastic isn’t always the cleanest job, but it keeps us busy. Most mornings start with getting the machines warmed up and checking the schedule. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we first set up shop, with more traffic and buildings everywhere. Sometimes the power cuts are a headache, but we manage somehow. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. The workers here are mostly locals who have been with us for years. We don't really do fancy meetings or anything. It's mostly just about getting the orders out on time. When people come by, they usually find us covered in dust or looking at blueprints on a messy desk. It gets pretty hot in the summers, but that’s just part of working in an industrial zone. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably see the raw materials piled up near the entrance first. We just focus on making the plastic parts people ask for. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. That's just how things go when you run a small place like this. We're just a bunch of regular people trying to do a decent job every day.
