We are over at A-12 in the Ashiana Village complex in Bhiwadi, which is in the Alwar district. Ashiana is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for people to find us. Our office is part of the residential-commercial mix there. It feels a bit different from a standard industrial office because of the greenery around the village area. We have a small ground-floor space where we keep our computers and all the filing cabinets. It’s a busy place because Bhiwadi is such an industrial hub, so there’s always something happening. We deal with a lot of paperwork related to the factory and the local transport. The office is often full of the sound of printers and people talking. We don’t have any fancy carpets or expensive paintings. It’s just a workspace with some maps on the wall and a lot of binders. We usually have our lunch together at the big table in the middle. The staff here is a mix of older folks who have been around for years and some younger ones learning the ropes. We keep things straightforward. There’s no need for complicated talk. We just make sure the orders are processed and the documents are sent out on time. It’s a good, solid place to work, and we’ve become part of the community in the complex.
