Shree Cement Ltd. Beawar

This office is tucked away in the Uit area of Bhiwadi, right in the Alwar district. We have been operating here as part of Shree Cement Ltd. Beawar for some time now. If you're looking for us, we are at 2/120, and you’ll usually find Anil Ojha handling the day-to-day things. It is not a big corporate building with glass walls, just a regular place where we manage the local distribution and all the paperwork that comes with it. The weather in Rajasthan can be a bit much, especially in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get the work done. Our days are mostly filled with tracking shipments and talking to people who need cement for their construction projects. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger entries. We don’t really do the whole marketing thing. We just focus on the bags coming in and going out. Some of the guys have been here since the start. We know the local roads and the drivers pretty well by now. It’s practical work. You won't find any grand mission statements on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few notes about delivery schedules scribbled on pads. We just try to stay organized so things don't get messy when a big order comes through. People stop by, ask about prices or delivery times, and we give them a straight answer. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in this part of Bhiwadi. We’re just local staff doing what needs to be done.
