Shivom Elastocast

Shivom Elastocast is located at 3/1 in the Kadipur Industrial Area. It’s a standard industrial plot, nothing too fancy about the building itself, but it serves our purpose. We’ve got a decent amount of space for our machines and the raw materials we use for the casting process. Working in Kadipur means we’re surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there’s a lot of activity and noise on the street during the day. We mostly deal with elastocast products, which involves a lot of mixing and careful pouring into molds. It can be a messy process if you aren't paying close attention. We try to keep the place as tidy as an industrial unit can be, but there’s always some scrap material or tools lying around on the benches. The staff here is small, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s running a machine or packing up an order to go out to a client. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do and just need the parts made right. The mornings are usually the busiest when we start the production cycles. By the afternoon, we’re mostly checking things over and getting things ready for the next day's schedule. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s honest and keeps us busy. The air smells like rubber and chemicals sometimes, but you get used to it after a while. It’s a solid place to spend the day working.
