We are over in Building 9A at DLF Cyber City in Phase 3. It’s one of those big glass buildings on the 9th floor. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and being in Cyber City feels like you’re right in the middle of a hive. There are thousands of people coming in every day from the Rapid Metro. The office itself is quite large compared to some of the other places we’ve been. It’s got big windows, so you can see the traffic crawling along the highway below. It’s a bit different from a local shop because everything here is very organized. We spend our days in front of screens, going through data and talking to people in different cities. Even though it's a big building, our floor feels like its own little world. We have a small pantry where we all gather for lunch and talk about things other than work. The air conditioning is always on, which is a relief because the Haryana heat is no joke. It’s a long walk from the parking lot sometimes, especially when you’re running late in the morning. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that, we just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to get ahead of the deadlines. It’s a modern spot, but we try to keep things grounded and simple. Just regular people doing their jobs every day.
