Sharman Hospitality

Sharman Hospitality is located right inside the Silver Oaks Apartments in DLF Phase I. It's Gurgaon, so you know how the traffic can get around here. We work out of 120/35. It is more of a quiet residential vibe compared to the big malls and glass towers nearby. We spend our time managing things, answering phones, and trying to keep everything running smoothly for the people staying with us or using the facilities. It is mostly just us sitting in the office or moving around the complex. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when a lot of things happen at once, but that is just how the hospitality business goes in a place like this. The air conditioning is usually on because Gurgaon is so dusty and hot most of the year. We are just a small team. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just an apartment converted into our workspace. You’ll see us coming and going throughout the day. We drink a lot of chai from the local vendor nearby while we discuss the day's schedule. It isn't a flashy setup, just a practical place where we get our work done. We know the neighbors and the security guards by name. It’s a bit different than the big hotels, more personal I guess. We focus on the daily chores and making sure the rooms are okay for everyone.
