Sharma Electronics

Our place is at 345/7E, Kadipur Enclave, right there next to the Kadipur Industrial Area on Pataudi Road. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when all the trucks are moving. We’ve been working out of this small office for a good number of years now. Sharma Electronics isn't a big corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s mostly just us and a lot of components sitting on shelves. We handle a lot of different electronic things that people bring in from the nearby factories. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend half the time cleaning the counters. It’s just the way it is here. The tea guy comes by at eleven and that’s usually the highlight of the morning. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are because we’ve been here so long. The Pataudi Road traffic is a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, but you get used to the noise. We started with just a few tools and now we have a bit more, but the work is still the same. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we stay late if a big order comes in from one of the industrial units nearby. We just try to get the jobs done so we can go home at the end of the day.
