This office is also in Sector 45 of Gurgaon, near Ardee City, at House Number 793. It serves as a main hub for our local operations under the Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Ltd name. Since we are so close to Ardee City, there’s always a lot of movement in the area. The office itself is a practical space. We used a residential building because it gives us more flexibility than a standard commercial block. We have desks crammed into the living areas and the bedrooms have been turned into storage for site records and technical manuals. It’s a bit crowded, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various contractors and site managers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. You might see someone working in their shirt sleeves with a cup of tea, focusing on a spreadsheet. We don't have fancy signs or a polished reception desk. People just walk in, find who they need, and start talking. The daily routine is quite predictable, starting with a morning briefing and ending with a lot of data entry. We struggle with the parking on the narrow street sometimes, which is a common Gurgaon problem. Despite the small frustrations, we like being in this sector. It’s close to the sites we manage and the local markets are convenient for the staff. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a normal house.
