We are located on the second floor of D-9 in Suncity, Sector 54. This is our Gurgaon office for Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd. Sector 54 is a pretty developed area now, so it’s easy to get to, though the traffic on the Golf Course Road nearby can be a nightmare during rush hour. Our space is on the 2nd floor, so we have to climb a few stairs or take the lift every morning to get started. It’s a basic office setup through and through. We’ve got the usual chairs, some old cabinets for files, and our workstations. It isn't a showroom or a place designed to impress visitors. It’s just where we handle the business and technical side of our construction work. We’ve been here for a while and have seen Suncity grow up around us with more shops and houses. It’s mostly offices and some residential spots nearby. We keep to ourselves mostly, focusing on the schedules and the drawings for our various projects. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a real relief in the Gurgaon heat. We don't have a massive team in this specific office, so it’s usually quiet enough to get things done without too much distraction. We aren't about fancy labels or corporate talk.
