We are based in Heritage City at Apartment No.302 in Block-43. Shalin Impex (P) Ltd. operates out of this space on Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. It is a bit different being in an apartment block, but it works for what we do. The view from the window is mostly the other buildings and the busy road outside. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or at our desks handling paperwork and coordinates. It is not a big warehouse, just a quiet office where the administrative side of things happens. Living and working around Mehrauli Gurgaon Road means we deal with the traffic every single day. It is a central spot though. We don't have a big reception area or fancy decorations. It is just a practical place to run a business. Most of our day is spent making sure the details are right. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or by knowing our address in Block-43. It is a straightforward operation. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. That is the daily reality for us here, just keeping things organized and making sure the orders are processed.
