You can find Shalimar Paints Ltd on the 4Th Floor, Plot No.64Sec-44. It’s right in the middle of a busy area in Gurgaon where there are offices everywhere. We’ve been in this particular spot for a while now, and it’s where most of the planning and day-to-day management happens. Since we are on the 4th floor, we get a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a screen. The office isn't anything super fancy, just a normal place where people work at their desks and meet in the small conference room. We have a lot of history as a brand, but in this office, it’s just about getting the current work done. We talk a lot about shipments, dealers, and new colors. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. The team here is pretty tight-knit, and we usually know what’s going on in each other's lives. Sector-44 is a convenient location, even if the traffic during the evening can be a bit of a headache. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just focus on our tasks and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. It’s just a regular group of people trying to do a good job. We keep a pot of coffee going and just get through the day together.
