Disha Plastics

Disha Plastics is located at Khasra No. 183 in Shakti Nagar. If you find Tikona Park, we are right nearby. We’re actually across from Raju Sweets, which is a lucky thing when we get hungry for a snack during the afternoon break. Our shop is a busy little place filled with plastic products. You’ll see bags, containers, and all sorts of household items stacked up to the ceiling. It can be a bit hard to move around when a new shipment arrives and takes up the floor space. We spend a lot of time helping local customers find exactly the size or type of container they need. It’s a family-run type of vibe here. We don't have a corporate strategy or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and start serving whoever walks in. Sometimes we have to hunt through the stacks to find a specific color, but we usually know where everything is hidden. The fans hum overhead to keep the air moving, but it still gets stuffy in the back. We talk to the neighbors a lot, especially the guys over at the sweet shop. It’s a community feel. We deal with a lot of small-scale orders for people in the neighborhood. We just take it one day at a time and focus on keeping the shelves stocked with what people ask for. The street outside can get quite noisy, but we are used to the bustle of the traffic and the kids playing in the park.
