Shaila Enterprises

Shaila Enterprises is based out of Sultana, which is a small place in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. It is a very different environment compared to the big cities like Jaipur or Delhi. Out here, the air is dry and the sun is pretty strong most of the year. We are just a local business trying to make things work in our part of India. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a practical space where we can sit down and handle our orders. In Sultana, everyone kind of knows everyone else, so we don't need a lot of marketing or ads. We just do our job and people know where to find us. It gets quite dusty sometimes when the wind blows across the open land, and we have to sweep the floors twice a day. We spend our mornings getting things ready before the heat gets too bad in the afternoon. Our work here is straightforward. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then go home. It’s a slow pace of life in Jhunjhunu, which is nice in its own way. We handle things as they come. If a customer has a question, they usually just stop by the shop or give us a quick call. It is very informal and honest. We just like being part of the local community here and keeping the business going.
