Our office is at 250 Udyog Vihar, Phase IV. This is one of the busiest industrial hubs in the region, so there's always a lot of movement and noise around the building. The office itself is quite large, taking up a good chunk of the space. We do a lot of testing and inspection work, which means there are always people in white coats or carrying clipboards moving through the halls. It’s a bit of a maze inside if you don’t know your way around. We have rows of cubicles where the administrative staff sits, and then there are the lab areas for the technical work. The lighting is very bright, and the air is always kept at a cool temperature because of the equipment. It’s not the most cozy place to be, but it’s where we get things done. We have a routine of checking in, getting our assignments, and then staying focused on the data for the rest of the day. The elevators are usually a bit cranky, so we often end up waiting a while or just walking up the stairs. During the monsoon, the roads around Phase IV can get a bit flooded, making it a challenge to get to work on time. We don't spend much time on decorations; the walls are mostly covered with safety notices and schedules. It’s just a large, functional workspace where everyone has a specific job to do.
