SG Lakhanpal Associates is located at G45A in Palam Vihar. This part of town is relatively quiet, which is exactly how we like it for getting work done. The office is basically a ground floor setup that feels like part of the neighborhood. You won't find any big neon signs here, just a simple entrance and a place to sit. We spend a lot of our time going through local site plans and talking about how to manage different construction hurdles. Palam Vihar has its own character, and being at G45A puts us right in the thick of the residential projects we often handle. The office is often filled with the smell of old paper and maybe some dust if we’ve been looking through archives. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of shelf space for folders that have been accumulating for years. It isn’t a high-tech lab, but we have the tools we need to get the job done right. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a wall or a roof. We don’t mind. It’s that kind of place. The lighting could be better in the back room, and the printer sometimes jams when we are in a hurry, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just want to make sure the drawings are accurate and the clients are happy with the progress we make.
