We are located at plot 82 in Phase 4 of Udyog Vihar. If you know Gurgaon, you know how hectic this area can get, especially during the morning rush. SG Control And Switchgears is basically a hub of electrical parts and control panels. The building is older, and you can see the wear and tear on the walls, but it’s sturdy. Inside, there is always the sound of metal clicking and wires being stripped. We deal with switchgears, which sounds technical because it is. Most of the staff here have been with us for years and they know the inventory like the back of their hand. We don’t spend much on painting the office or buying fancy chairs. We’d rather spend that on better tools for the workshop. The lunchroom is where most of the real talk happens, usually about the heat or the latest cricket match. It gets dusty here in Phase 4, so we are constantly cleaning off the equipment. We have piles of ledgers and old invoices stacked up because we still like having things on paper. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it helps us keep track of things when the computers act up. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to make sure the switchgears we put together actually work when they’re installed. It’s a simple goal that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
