Sembawang Infrastructure (India) Pvt Ltd is operating out of the Gurgaon and Delhi area. It is a huge region and there is always some kind of infrastructure project going on, which keeps us very busy. Our office is not in one of those massive, shiny corporate parks. It is a more modest workspace where we handle all the management and planning for our sites. We do not really go in for the polished corporate image. We are more about the actual work on the ground. Most of our days are spent dealing with contractors, looking over site plans, and making sure materials are delivered on time. The Delhi NCR area can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the constant traffic, but we have been doing it for a long time. Our office is a place where people can come in, grab a tea, and talk about the challenges we are facing on a project. It is a very down-to-earth atmosphere. We do not have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets done correctly. We focus on the engineering and the logistics rather than trying to impress people with fancy brochures. It is a practical, hardworking environment. We are just a team of professionals who know the construction business inside and out. It is not always pretty, but we get the jobs finished.
