Selection Search Pvt Ltd is located right in Sector-23 of Palam Vihar in Gurgaon. We work out of House Number 3952, which gives our office a much more personal feel than being in one of those huge industrial sectors. Palam Vihar is a nice area, though it has grown a lot over the years and can be quite busy now. Being in a house means we have a bit more of a relaxed atmosphere while we go about our searching and recruitment tasks. We spend our days looking through applications and trying to match people with the right opportunities. It is a lot of reading and a lot of phone calls, to be honest. The Gurgaon heat can be tough in the summer, but we have our setup inside and we just keep at it. We don't use any fancy corporate slogans or anything like that. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a residential neighborhood. Finding the house is easy enough if you follow the sector numbers, and there is usually a place to park on the street. We have our routines, like getting lunch from the local spots or taking a quick break in the afternoon to stretch our legs. It is a straightforward operation, and we like that we are not tucked away in some impersonal office tower. We just focus on the work right in front of us and try to be helpful to the people who reach out to us.
