Selection Search Consultancy

We operate out of the DLF area in Gurgaon under the name Selection Search Consultancy. It’s a very busy part of town with lots of offices, cars, and shops everywhere you look. We focus on search consultancy, which basically means we help find people for specific job roles when companies can’t seem to find them on their own. It’s mostly just a few of us working together. We don't have a massive office with a fancy front desk or anything like that. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or sitting at our laptops looking through resumes for hours. It can be a bit tedious sometimes, scrolling through hundreds of profiles just to find that one person who fits what’s needed. But it’s what we do. The DLF area is always changing, with new buildings going up and old ones getting renovated constantly. We’ve seen it all happen from our little corner over the years. We don't really do much in terms of promotion or advertising. Most of our work comes from people we’ve worked with before who know how we operate. It’s a small world in this business. We don't pretend to be something we’re not. We just try to be helpful and get the job done without too much fuss or ceremony. Sometimes we meet candidates at local coffee shops because it’s easier than having them come all the way to our office. It’s a flexible way of working, and it suits us just fine.
