Select Source Consulting Pvt. Ltd is based out of House No. 113 in Sector 22, Gurgaon. Being in a house rather than a big glass building makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed. We have converted the rooms into different office spaces. The living room area is where the main desks are, and the smaller rooms are used for private calls or storage. Sector 22 in Haryana is a residential neighborhood, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main city center. We have a small garden area in the front, though it is mostly just some potted plants and a bit of grass. We do a lot of consulting work, which involves a lot of talking and looking at spreadsheets. It is not very glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to break the silence. The kitchen is always a popular spot because that is where the kettle is. We make a lot of tea throughout the day to stay awake. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street if the neighbors have guests, but we usually find a spot. We don't have any big corporate mission posters on the walls or anything. We just have some calendars and a few whiteboards with notes scribbled on them. It is a practical setup that works for our small team. We just keep working away until the day is done.
