We are located at Plot No. 252 in Sector 8 of Imt Manesar. Being Jyoti Cooling Systems Pvt. Ltd. means we spend a lot of time thinking about temperature and how to keep things from overheating. Manesar is a big area, but we’ve found our spot here. The building isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We have a lot of parts and pipes laying around most of the time. It gets busy during the summer months for obvious reasons. Our staff is mostly local guys who know their way around a cooling unit. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that on the walls. We just have a calendar and some clipboards to keep track of the jobs. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector, and we have to wait it out, but that's just part of being here. We try to be helpful when people call with questions. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and go home. There is no corporate ladder here, just a group of people working together in a warehouse. We like the pace of the industrial sector. It feels real. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing, just trying to run a decent shop. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to stay organized through the chaos of the busy season when the orders pile up.
