Aditya Interseas Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. 154p. It’s a decent-sized plot, enough room for what we need to do. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees, but we keep busy enough. Most of the time, the office is a bit of a mess with papers and samples lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s the kind of place where everyone wears a few different hats. One minute you’re answering a call, the next you’re helping move a crate. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If someone visits, they usually just walk right in and find us working. It’s been this way for a while. We focus on the day-to-day tasks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather spend the time getting the orders out. We have a small kitchen where we heat up lunch, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. It’s not a high-tech hub, just a regular workplace where people show up and do their jobs. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, which makes the area feel like a community. It gets hot in the summer, and the fans never seem fast enough, but we make it work. It’s just a normal business doing its thing on a regular plot of land without any extra fuss or unnecessary complicated processes that you might find elsewhere.
